A Brownstoner reader’s cellar walls are flaking dust and other material, and there’s a bit of moisture coming in as well. What’s the best way to fix this and prevent moisture?
A Brownstoner reader’s cellar walls are flaking dust and other material, and there’s a bit of moisture coming in as well. What’s the best way to fix this and prevent moisture?
