Homeowners withheld a small portion of the final payment to a flooring contractor when he failed to resolve the problems he was hired to fix.

Homeowners withheld a small portion of the final payment to a flooring contractor when he failed to resolve the problems he was hired to fix. He is now threatening to put a lien on the house for the $210 he is owed on the job. Is it more trouble than it is worth to fight him or should they stay firm on their decision?
