From the Forum: What Can Neighbors Do About the Abandoned House Next Door?

They have tried filing complaints with every agency and office they can think of, but there hasn’t been any action on the vacant house next door. Abandoned for the last 15 years it is home to vermin, overgrown and falling apart. The property has numerous violations and fines but there doesn’t seem to be anything that can get the owner to take action. What else can the neighbors do?
