A renter is concerned about the old wiring in their apartment and wondering what, if any, regulations might dictate upgrades.
A renter is concerned about the old wiring in their apartment and wondering what, if any, regulations might dictate upgrades. The landlord, with some prodding, has upgraded the wiring when it has failed but has otherwise has left the cloth wiring in place. Should the tenant push for upgrades because of their general safety concerns?
