A reader has a tenant with a young child and wants more information about the rules and regulations regarding window guards.
A reader has a tenant with a young child and wants more information about the rules and regulations regarding window guards. The tenant has requested window guards only in certain windows and the landlord is unsure whether or not they must be installed in every window of the unit when a child is in residence. They also would like some advice on what types of window guards are available.
