From the Forum: When Neighbors Won't Provide Access for Stoop Repair
A renovation is almost done but neighbors are refusing access to a courtyard so that the stoop can be repaired.
A renovation is almost done but neighbors are refusing access to a courtyard so that the stoop can be repaired. The repairs have to be made so that the stoop is structurally sound, but nothing the homeowners have done can convince the neighbors to provide access. Is getting a lawyer involved their only recourse?
