A co-op owner is being driven to distraction by a new dripping sound coming from a bathroom heat pipe and is looking for advice. The sound seems to go on all night and the super isn’t very good at problem solving. What could be the source of the sound and how can they get the co-op to address the problem?
Please chime in with your advice.
