From the Forum: Budgeting for a New Backyard

A homeowner knows what features they want in a new backyard but has no idea what landscaping might cost. The yard is about 17×40 and work would have to include hauling out concrete and existing plants and putting in bluestone and raised planters. What price range should the homeowner be prepared to expect?
