From the Forum: Stopping the Flow of False 311 Complaints

    A homeowner is racking up false complaints against their property and isn’t sure where to turn to get them to stop. So far there are more than 90 complaints, all about non-existent issues. The homeowner has reached out to HPD, the Department of Buildings, 311 and the police but so far no-one has been able to tell them how to stop the harassing stream of complaints.
