“There’s something for everyone in Greenwich,” said David Haffenreffer, regional manager and Greenwich brokerage manager. “Whether it’s your love for sports, dining or culture. There are spacious parks for hiking, horse riding and mountain biking. And our 32 miles of coastline provide access to beaches and watersports along Long Island Sound.”

The Sound Shore region features some of Westchester’s oldest towns, like Mamaroneck (founded in 1660). “Increasingly our data trends show Brooklyn buyers are moving to Sound Shore towns such as Larchmont and Rye, as well as Lower Westchester towns including Scarsdale and Bronxville,” said Debbie Doern, regional vice president at Houlihan Lawrence.

Drinks and snacks will be served by Oaxaca Taqueria. Sponsors include Houlihan Lawrence, Thoroughbred Mortgage,  Thoroughbred Title, and Lachtman Cohen Law.
