Eran Chen, founding principal of ODA, which has been reshaping Brooklyn with their creative designs, will talk about design and how it is changing Brooklyn and Queens in a keynote at the Brownstoner & QNS Real Estate Conference Wednesday, October 10.

Elizabeth Lusskin, President of the LIC Partnership and Executive Director of the LIC Business Improvement District, and Regina Myer, President of the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership, will converse about the transformation of Downtown Brooklyn and Long Island City and the making of new residential neighborhoods.
