Leading Architect Eran Chen of ODA to Talk About Design and Development in Brooklyn and Queens

Eran Chen, founding principal of ODA, which has been reshaping Brooklyn with their creative designs, will talk about design and how it is changing Brooklyn and Queens in a keynote at the Brownstoner & QNS Real Estate Conference Wednesday, October 10.

Elizabeth Lusskin, President of the LIC Partnership and Executive Director of the LIC Business Improvement District, and Regina Myer, President of the Downtown Brooklyn Partnership, will converse about the transformation of Downtown Brooklyn and Long Island City and the making of new residential neighborhoods.

Panels with Doug Steiner of Steiner Studios and John Catsimatidis of The Red Apple Group, among others, will look at creative residential development and agent strategies for success and brand building in Brooklyn and Queens. Real estate agents can get 3.5 hours of continuing education credit for attending.
