Tickets are almost sold out for Thursday’s Brownstones and Townhouses 101, an evening of conversation with real estate experts at Brooklyn Historical Society.

Speakers are Anna Karp from home-renovation company Bolster; Ravi Kantha, senior real estate adviser at Leslie J Garfield; and mortgage broker Brian Scott Cohen from Wells Fargo.
