Should you lock in your interest rate? What about applying for a home equity line of credit? Brian Scott Cohen, Sales Manager at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, will clarify the world of mortgages.

Brian Giambalvo, the Senior Managing Director of real estate firm Citi Habitats, will help you better understand the borough’s housing stock, its neighborhoods and how to navigate the competitive market.

Few apartments are ready to move into on day one. Kristen Chuber, Senior Director of Marketing at Paintzen, will discuss the ins and outs of freshening up your new home’s look.

The event will take place at 128 Pierrepont Street in Brooklyn Heights on Tuesday, April 30 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Tickets are $10.
