The owner of 718 Cyclery, currently of Park Slope, let us know they have outgrown their South Slope space in eight months and will be moving to Gowanus, at 254 3rd Avenue. The spot will be open November 1st. The bike store specializes in customizable bikes, but also holds free classes and movie nights. 254 is the old furniture store next door. Not the old Dawg Shack. As far as I know the bakery signed the lease back around June. They started minor work right after. GYFO also failed to accurately check the DOB’s website. There is no current application on either building.
