StreetEasy’s not showing any closings yet for The Prospect, the condo on Classon between St. Johns and Lincoln, but it is indicating that 20 units are in contract. The building launched in late September and there were price cuts on most of the listings in October and December. The remaining four units are running between $349,000 for a 611-square-foot one-bedroom to $639,000 for a 1,045-square-foot two-bedroom. Seems like a pretty strong showing.

It looks like Crown Heights is getting a facelift in certain parts, with the renovation of buildings and the new construction of condos.
Neighborhood has improved dramatically over the past 20 years.
Hmmm, that’s pretty reasonably priced, given the amenities and finishes. Bedrooms are smallish, but adequate.
It does have an elevator.
Is this an elevator building? If not, I can see why unit 5B might be lingering on the market.
