The Vista Sells out in LIC

The Vista, the 48-unit condo building at 44-15 Purves Street, officially sold out. The Court Square Blog notes that the last remaining unit, Apartment 3B, went into contract last week. (There were eight units left here over the summer. At that point a broker told us, “All of our units to date have gone into contract at the asking price, with no seller concessions granted.”) #3B is a 713-square-foot one bedroom that was asking $650,800.

The Court Square Blog didn’t spot any building activity, meaning move-ins have not begun yet. The building received its certificate of occupancy last month.
