ah memories. i used to live pretty close to here and absolutely loved it. pretty central location to everything in greenpoint and east williamsburg – and has a much more neighborhoody vibe. way more livable than bedford-area, IMO.
obviously big bldgs like this will change that – but the empty lot that was here forever really sucked – used condoms and trash all over. personally, i miss the empty warehouse that was their with the huge mural.
