I can’t imagine that any of you losers will see this, but let me say this anyway:
1. Time Warner internet service (or lack thereof) and my job are interfering with my blogging! And I hate when that happens! : P
2. I won’t be able to make lunch this week, but I’m thinking I may have to attend next Friday, just to prove I’m still alive! ; )
etson – I went to the fella Snappy recommends & he’s good at explaining things in clear, easy-to-understand terms.
CGar is good chap to give you overview of the diff but I think you might want a living trust – ie transfer of your assets doesnt have to go thru probate court (as via a will) as it’s pricey and time consuming
I’m a professional glitter flinger. I’ve got a degree in this stuff. Trust me, the more glitter flung on people at parties, the merrier the event.

Don’t really know the difference m4l but I just don’t want to leave a big mess if anything happens, especially as I now travel on bumpy prop planes several times a month!

Etson, I haven’t done wills in a long time and wouldn’t trust myself to do it as well as possible.
