Brooklyn Bridge Park’s Pierhouse Almost Complete, 1 Hotel Set To Open in 2017 (Photos)
One of Brooklyn’s most controversial developments, the Pierhouse condos and 1 Hotel in Brooklyn Bridge Park, is almost done and is ready for its closeup. When we last checked in on the progress, in the spring, 1 Hotel had been completed, and facade work had begun on the residential development at 90 and 130 Furman Street.
