My family has grown by one member and our space needs to be completely rethought or we need to move. Before moving is an option, we need to see what we can do with our space. Can anyone speak to the process of starting to consider a gut renovation? I need to focus on step one right now. I’m guessing I need to hire an architect to pitch floorplans for the project based on our needs?
