88 and 92 Linden are both decent houses. 88 in particular is one of the nicest exterior renovations in the area.

They’re remnants of another era, when these type of free standing victorians dominated this part of Flatbush. Most of their cousins already came down in the 1920s-60s.
They are both coming down now.
