Unfortunately, the house is quite narrow at 12.5 feet, but since it’s set up as a single family and open in the front rooms we’re not sure it much matters.
It last sold for $1,830,000 in 2011 (and yes, it was already renovated). What do you think of it and the new ask of $3,200,000?

Considering there is – and I am being very generous here – 1500sf at best, the price is batsh*t crazy. The driveway and garage are nice, but there should be another identically sized house in that space to justify this price.
Not the best location but driveway and garage are a huge bonus. This beautifully staged and styled.
