The rent might be a little steep for our blood, but you get a lot with this house located in the cute little village of Rosendale in Ulster County, like 4 beds, Jacuzzi, deck overlooking the Rondout Creek, and a third floor that could be used as a studio or office space. And check out that view from the hot tub. It’s right near the hear of town, walking distance to the local theater, restaurants, shops, etc. Rosendale is great. As much as we like this Hudson, Columbia County, rental property (low-res photos notwithstanding), something about it doesn’t seem right. First of all, the listing proclaims it’s on 2 acres, which would be most unusual for Washington Street. Secondly, the Google Streetview of this address looks nothing like the house depicted above. Regardless, it’s nice, even if it’s not where the listing says it is. Let’s just hope it exists at all. Beds: 2. Baths: 2. Square Feet: 1,700. Lot Size: 2 acres. Is it too early to start looking at lake houses? Hell no, we say. Here’s one with access to Copake Lake, including a private dock, in Columbia County. You also get access to the Copake Lake Country Club for golfing, dining, and whatnot.
