The apartment sold originally for $830,000 back in 2008 and is now asking $939,500, not a crazy increase by any stretch. In fact, we suspect it’ll be well received at this price.

I’m not sure I’m quite getting the layout; it looks like a long walk from master bedroom to other bedroom, which is fine unless you have a young kid who wakes up a lot at night. Otherwise, nice and downright reasonably priced, it seems to me.
Over $800/sf in Crown Heights is now considered “downright reasonably priced?”
Sadly, I’d say it is for 3 bedrooms in that location.
