It looks like a new restaurant is moving into 219 Dekalb Avenue at Adelphi Street. Alteration permits were approved in mid-September to install new restaurant equipment in the space, formerly a Moroccan cafe called Kif, which closed earlier this year. Does anyone know more? GMAP
