Three-Family Going up in Empty Bushwick Lot

A three-family, three-story house is slated to go into the empty lot at 656 Evergreen Avenue, according to a permit for a new building filed last month. The house will be semi-attached. The property changed hands for $387,000 in May of last year following a foreclosure. It was previously used as a parking lot.
