This co-op listing at 115 Eastern Parkway just hit the market with an asking price of $799,000. It’s a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with views over the Botanic Gardens and a shared roof deck. Despite being in a charming prewar building, the 1,100-square-foot pad is fairly devoid of original details. It’s in fine shape, though, and a fairly blank slate for a new owner. What do you make of the price?

  1. Not bad, I guess. Yes, devoid of any pre-war beauty, but I could live with that. My question about these buildings is, are all the units owner-occupied? I ask because a friend lived in one about 10 years ago, and it was quite lovely but many residents were renters/non-owners and it was quiet noisy. Anybody know?
