The owner of Bed-Vyne Wine, at 370 Tompkins Avenue, just expanded the business to include beer. Last Friday they opened Bed-Vyne Brew next door to the wine shop, on the corner of Tompkins and Putnam. Bed-Vyne Brew is a craft beer retail shop that sells beer to go in growlers. You can also choose from a selection of beer and wine to drink at the 800-square-foot bar, pictured above. There are a total of 10 taps, and the bar will serve a selection of wines picked from the shop next door. The space itself is lovely — the design uses lots of reclaimed wood from upstate.
