Condos at the Love Lane Mews have sold pretty steadily since the development launched in early 2011, and now one of the the building’s pricy penthouse units has found a buyer. A broker with the development reports that the three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment recently sold for $2,725,000. At $1,482 per square foot, that makes this sale the highest price per square foot to date in Brooklyn Heights. The unit is 1,839 square feet with an additional 869 square feet of private outdoor space. Now only five of the 38 units remain at the building, including this penthouse duplex unit asking $4,565,000.

Highest in what context? In this development, for all BH condos, or all BH real estate? I don’t follow the condo market so I have no idea how this place compares, but there have been plenty of BH houses that have much higher PSF selling prices than this unit.
