We can’t keep up with all the new businesses opening in Bushwick. Here’s one, Skytown, a bar and cafe which started out selling salads and other fare made from local produce at Smorgasburg. The venue, which also serves Stumptown coffee, opened about three weeks ago at 921 Broadway near Myrtle along the JMZ line, an area where fresh food prepared from scratch is hard to come by. Previously this space was Broomie’s Bar, and owner Jeff Pan is a partner in the new venture. Before Broomie’s, it was Beauty Bar, which decamped to a new location in Park Slope.
