Mixed-Use Build Going Up at Nostrand and Quincy

Work’s begun in earnest at 343 Nostrand Avenue, on the corner of Quincy Avenue in Bed Stuy. What to expect: a mixed-use, four story building with six residential units. Developers proposed 3,300 square feet of residential space and 1,190 square feet of commercial space to the DOB. A peek through the construction fence revealed a lot of site work but no building construction yet. GMAP DOB
