Hmmm. What is this, the tenth wine/liquor store between Vanderbilt and Franklin and Atlantic and Eastern Pkwy? I mean I get that the neighborhood is changing. But how many mom and pop shops run by people with little more than a cursory knowledge of wine can one neighborhood have?
