Work Finally Starting on 8th St & 4th Ave Build

There’s some serious momentum to report on the latest 12-story building in the works for 4th Avenue, the L-shaped development that also fronts 8th Street and has been in the works for a few years now. Foundation prep is visible on the site, where 43 units were initially planned. The latest permits for the development were issued earlier this month after nothing doing on the DOB paper trail since early ’09.
