Surprised that rents only went up $36 in park slope. I remember listing a 1 bedroom for $1950 in 2008 and it went very fast. Today I believe the going rate for that apartment is more like $1750. I hope that we will see rents going up to 2008 level in 2011….or at least demand to increase.

that really sounds silly. that rents went ‘down’ a few blocks from where rents went up.
