I’m having a bad day and was feeling sorry for myself – until I read this. These poor, poor people. The abject misery this guy caused and got away with is staggering.
It is outrageous that Mendel Brach is allowed to thumb his nose at the justice system like that. Where is the money?
The residents should be pushing for Mendel Brach to be charged criminally with fraud. I bet the fear of being charged criminally would make the money to solve these problems show up.
