the also used to have (and i am 100 percent sure of this) with trucks and vans that used to go around giving out free clean needles around the city, there was a big controversy about it a while back. and by a while back im no sure if i mean 10 years or 5 of 1. but i do remember reading about those needle exchange vans.
so yeah snappy, just take everyone elses advice back. obviously i aint gonna be on top chef anytime soon lol.

oh. i was under the assumption that nyc had a needle exchange program at various facilities.. (i mean not like some random doctors office) but at hospitals and clinics and stuff. this isnt the case anymore? i remember it being the case for a while where addicts could get clean needles and turn in their old ones, or just pick up clean ones to help stop the spread of hiv. tho now that i think about it i can see that as one of the many programs being slashed. and i wasnt telling snappy to go in and say she wanted it for her chicken! just for shitz and giggles im walking around soho tomorrow and going into places and see how many needles i can get just by asking.
