Can they please open up a restaurant where Playas hang out. DIBS and I would be there nightly looking for our next meal.
Playa is being opened by the same guy who opened Barrio and who opened Calle Ocho on the Upper West Side.
Considering Barrio’s success, I have higher hopes for this place than any of the last few incarnations.
That guy knows how to run a restaurant.

For the fabulous coffee, friendly service and excitement in guessing the number of hours/days one will have to sit on an uncomfortable plastic chair with the smell of grease in the air waiting to pay $3,000 for a wheel alignment.
