After signing up for the DEP Water and Sewer Line Protection Program 18 months ago, a homeowner had their first sewer line issue and submitted a claim. After an inspection, the claim was denied and the homeowner is wondering whether the insurance is worth the investment and hassle. Have other homeowners been successful in actually getting a claim approved?
