If they build it it will be a huge success
I would likely never go to this WF location if it is ever built because access on public transit isn’t great. It’s still much easier for me to get to and from the Union Square or Columbus Circle/Time Warner locations. It would have been great if they could have found something closer to Atlantic and Flatbush.
Time has run out. It’s a wrap. Brooklyn RE got ahead of itself and now it’s time to pay the piper.
I guess the cost of the clean-up cut into the tax incentives (paid out over 10 years anyway).
