A reader nicely sent in this scenic shot of the new steel canopy that’s gone up on the new development at 322 Hicks off Atlantic. We’re not familiar with the building but a quick look at the Corcoran listing shows that the penthouse is on the market for about $1,000 a square foot (if you include the terrace). Turns out there is an open house on Sunday from 12-1:30 for the curious.

Bedrooms facing Hicks is definitely not a plus.
I agree that that corner of Atlantic and Hicks with the hospital and the BQE is not great. No neighborhood feeling and tons and tons of traffic and honking bcs they still haven’t timed those lights right so someone is always sitting with their bottom out onto Atlantic Ave while the semis are trying to jump onto the expressway.
Those condos have been on the market for a long time
Crummy location? On the edge of Brooklyn Heights. Across the street from Cobble Hill. A few blocks from several playgrounds. Next to the rejuvenated Atlantic Avenue. I do agree that the building is ugly.
This is a very scenic shot at a very ugly building in a pretty crummy location.
