New Williamsburg Rental Unveils Amenities: Gym and Year-Round Swimming With City Views

At Level, the new 41-floor rental building at the Northside Piers on the Williamsburg waterfront, a grand opening party recently kicked off its amenities features.

The building at 2 North 6th Place, which began leasing this past summer, hosted nearly 1,000 people, who chowed down Smorgasburg faves Burger Supreme and Blue Marble ice cream and sipped fancy cocktails at the open bar. A DJ spun on the ninth-floor Club Level overlooking the East River.

Downstairs in the courtyard, a guitarist and cellist played throughout the evening.

The party’s guest of honor was the newly minted indoor pool, covered by a glass enclosure. Residents can swim at night, year-round, with views of Manhattan, and can access through the glass doors a terrace on the waterfront. There’s also a hot tub, steam room, and sauna with locker rooms to use after a tough workout.

The gym also has an open view. No need for Peloton bicycles here. With floor to ceiling windows, you can do your cardio while looking at the Manhattan skyline.

Other Club Level amenities include a yoga room with stretching equipment and virtual fitness classes, furnished roof deck with fireplace, grills, and communal lounge and dining areas.

The building also offers a program of events, staffed by LivUnLtd, that creates a communal feeling among residents — with offerings such as wine tastings, cooking classes (in the demo kitchen), and movie and game nights.

Other amenities include a landscaped and furnished courtyard with reflecting pool, furnished lobby with fireplace and 24-hour concierge. There’s a children’s forest-themed playroom. Dry cleaning, housekeeping and pet services are also available, as well as on-site bicycle storage.

The garage, accessed through neighboring building The Edge, has valet parking.

Amenities cost an extra $65 a month.

Studios start at $2,200; one-bedrooms at $3,244; two-bedrooms at $4.089; and three-bedrooms at $6,044.
