Team Leader Monica Breese credits her mother with her proclivity for design. Upon graduating from the prestigious FIT, Breese honed her attention to detail in the world of fashion. Growing her business cultivated her sense of vision and her inherent ability to build from the ground up. After finding her way into Real Estate, Breese assembled a Team that shared her expertise, love of detail, and design-savvy.

Another shared Team priority is a work/life balance. Breese herself loves to take time to travel, explore, and read in order to expand her horizons. She also enjoys downtime with her loving husband and her two cherished sons.

She helped us with locating a bank, and lawyer and was the middle woman for a lot of our communications making sure we understood everything going on and was there to answer any questions. As we went in to work with the bank and lawyers she would check in with us to make sure all was running smooth and ensure that we understood the process. There were MANY times we called her out of the blue to have her explain or walk us through something and she always answered, and gave great advice. Monica stayed with us through the whole process and never once made us feel like “another client”, but really treated us like a friend from day one! She was direct, helpful, and most of all listened to what our needs are and advocated for us the entire way! I would recommend Monica and her team (and her network) to everyone!
