About
A problem solver by nature, Gina has a passion for working with people and helping them achieve their goals. She is a Brooklyn specialist and has called the borough her home for nearly 30 years. Gina is married to a Bay Ridge native and her extended family has called the neighborhood their home for over 80 years.
After earning her B.S. degree in Applied Mathematics from UCLA, Gina moved to NYC to attend Columbia University, where she earned her Master’s degree in Applied Math. She spent the first part of her professional career as an actuary where she reached the pinnacle of the profession, surviving a rigorous exam process to become one of only 3800 Fellows of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS).
When she's not out assisting buyers and sellers, she can be found playing tennis or ice hockey with her husband, volunteering at PS 102 & Bay Ridge Prep, or attending the many activities that her children participate in (GJOA & OLPH Soccer, tennis and more.) Gina currently lives with her husband and two children in their renovated pre-war townhouse in Bay Ridge.

Testimonials
I had the pleasure of working with Gina on both the sell & buy side of recent transactions in NYC, where Gina assisted us with quickly finding a buyer for our co-op in a challenging sales environment, and also helped us buy our dream town house in the same neighborhood, one she knows intimately, guiding us through the process from offer to closing with a profound degree of professionalism.
A. PHILLIPS, BUYER & SELLER IN BROOKLYNGina is one of those rare individuals who goes above & beyond the call of duty to get the job done professionally, yet compassionately. Selling the home to which I was emotionally attached was a huge challenge, which Gina met with grace, warmth & experience. She guided me through each step of the process carefully & respectfully. Thank you Gina for your expertise & for a successful, quick closing.
SUSAN R., SELLER IN BROOKLYNGina did a first rate job in selling my house quickly and painlessly. My house had been under a previous broker but didn't sell. A few months later, I put the house back on the market, this time under Gina. Under Gina, the house was photographed and the beauty of the house was evident in all the listing materials. My house was in contract in a matter of a few weeks and sold for ~15% above ask.
