About
Jeff Block has always been fascinated with architecture and real estate, and the process of making a home in New York. A resident of this great city for over 20 years, Jeff uses his vast market knowledge, discerning eye for value and expert management skills honed over his successful career in film and television to streamline his clients' real estate experiences.
A former casting director, Jeff works extremely well with people of all kinds and is highly adept at reading individuals' own unique needs. He also has a great vision and sense of style that enable him to see potential in any property, combined with experience of having renovated his own homes.
Jeff wants to help you find your dream home as well. He will scour the many housing options available and pare it down to the select few that meet your needs so as not to waste your time. He'd like to believe that everyone could be as happy and fortunate as he and his wife were when they found their first apartment and their first home, each on the first day of searching! But Jeff realizes that some searches take more time and effort, as it did with their second home, and is willing to go the distance.
MAUREEN HOGAN
During 3 decades as an Registered Nurse (working mainly in Trauma centers), Maureen Hogan's favorite definition of Nursing is "the patient's advocate" skills learned in the ER , and while raising 3 children, are now translated into "advocating" for her buyers, sellers, and renters in Tree Lined Brooklyn.
Renovating Brownstone homes in Prospect Lefferts Manor and Cobble Hill, Maureen earned the extra advantage of appreciating the DNA of Brooklyn homes. She gained knowledge of our communities while fundraising and writing grants for neighborhood groups, health clinics and schools. This contributes to Maureen's philosophy that her customers are not just buying or renting a property, but investing in building a home for themselves, and their loved ones, in a community.
