S&B Maintenance is a unique company that customizes its services according to each building’s needs. Services include, but are not limited to, building management, licensed sprinkler system inspections as required by the FDNY, all building repairs (small and large), building cleaning, snow removal, landscaping, and waste management (garbage disposal). Building owners can choose all or some of our service offerings. We are bonded and insured.

Expert navigators of city bureaucracy, we are aware of the legal matters enforced by Housing Preservation and Development, Division of Housing and Community Renewal, Department of Buildings, Department of Sanitation, and the FDNY.

We are not the typical management company that subcontracts all of the work and does not know, or perhaps has never visited, the building property. We are a small “mom and pop” business that only serves the borough of Brooklyn and we offer a personal touch in all we do.
