Jason Perna of Perna Construction is a master of his craft. Jason remodeled our kitchen and bathroom, repaired and resanded flooring, and repainted our apartment. He and his employees were totally knowledgeable about every phase of the remodeling. He put in new sheet rock in the bathroom and kitchen. Jason ordered new custom cabinets for the kitchen that are beautifully made. The tile work in the bathroom is perfect. When it came to the paint job, Jason analyzed the ceiling and determined it had became bumpy from heat and smoke from the fire in an adjacent apartment. He sanded the ceiling first before laying down the correct primer for fire damage. In all, our apartment was a big job and Jason Perna did a fantastic remodeling. He’s also a terrifically nice guy.
