Daniel Gershburg, Esq. - Romer Debbas

Daniel Gershburg is a Partner of the firm. Daniel started his own practice immediately upon graduating from law school. He has focused on representing both purchasers and sellers in New York real estate transactions and consumer bankruptcy. He represents a diverse group of clients: from first time home buyers to foreign entities and developers across the New York City area. His passion for technology allows him to create a client experience that allows his client’s to know what is happening in their transaction every step along the way. Daniel has also represented hundreds of individuals and corporations in filing for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, resulting in the discharge of tens of millions of dollars in consumer debt. He volunteers for the Brooklyn Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers project, where he helps low income individuals gain debt relief. Daniel frequently lectures and teaches a variety of Continuing Legal Education classes for attorneys on both real estate and bankruptcy, as well as continuing education courses on topics related to residential real estate. He has been named a Rising Stars by Super Lawyers for the past three years. Rising Stars lists the top 2.5% of lawyers under the age of 40 in their respective practice areas as nominated by their peers. He also holds a Superb and Client’s Choice rating from AVVO.com
