Marc H. Supcoff is an experienced attorney in private practice in Manhattan specializing in construction law and real estate transactions. The Firm represents construction contractors, builders, architects and engineers, owners, co-ops and condos, in construction contracting and commercial litigation/alternative dispute resolution matters. The Firm also represents buyers and sellers in closing commercial and residential real property transactions. Mr. Supcoff has completed a 40-Hour Mediator Training Course taught by the American Arbitration Association. He is also available to serve as mediator and can be contacted through mediation.org.
Mr. Supcoff is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey. He appears regularly in NY and NJ courts for pretrial, motion and trial practice. Marc serves on the Board of a Manhattan condominium. When he is not practicing law, Marc enjoys watching college hoops and enjoying the outdoors.
