Arnica Heating and Air Conditioning

Needed to replace an old central air compressor. With the help of Laurie, on the telephone, I was able to select a unit that would fit through narrow house doors and to decide on whether to replace only the compressor or switch to the non ozone depleting gas which meant replacing the coils. Never felt persuaded to do one or the other, just given the information so I could make my decision. Technician came and measured the space and confirmed the work needed to be done. Made an appointment for the installation. The two men who did the work, Neil and Pete, were terrific.They were neat, pleasant, very professional, nice to each other. Not an easy job - lots of going up and down the stairs to the basement and additional stairs to get to back yard. It's always a comfort to know that there's a reliable company to call when I run into a problem.

The estimate for my new three-zone ductless heating and cooling system was fair and done professionally by owner Simone. The workers, Danny and Nick were helpful,clean, quick (the job took three hours less than originally told) and professional. I'm am extremely pleased with this company and would definitely recommend them for all heating and cooling needs.
