The team was fully transparent from the beginning to the end with all costs, issues they foresaw arising later on, and with the timeline. From the inception of my townhouse project through to completion, it was an absolute ease. Highly recommend! I worked with Avant-Garde Contracting Group near the end of 2021, they transformed my basement which was previously used for storage into a completely new space. They added a bathroom for my personal use and turned it into a new family space. The results far exceeded my expectations for what my basement could be transformed into.
